Kahns Hillshire
Farmswanted to introduce a new product - a Bagel CheddarWurst. We took photos of a spread of food that represented the ingredients in the new product, with the actual product in the center. Then we wrote a mystery story about the new product and it's ingredients. The first mailer that quick food shop owners received was the one above, with a set of clues in the form of the mystery story, a set of jigsaw puzzle pieces, and a game board. The second mailers were more clues and more jigsaw puzzle pieces - still not showing the new product but hinting at it. The third and final mailer was the last set of clues and jigsaw puzzle pieces that completed the picture puzzle showing the actual product. If the store owners sent in the completed puzzle gameboard, they received free product to sell and most who received these mailings did just that.
