We will give you an estimate for your project as soon as we can - but we will require a 1/3 payment before we begin ideas for your project - a 1/3 payment after layouts are completed - and the final 1/3 payment upon completion of the project.

Our prices will be in the form of a range and the 1/3 payments will be based on the highest part of that range, so that your final payment may be less than 1/3.

All client changes after the work is given to us will be considered extra work for us and will not be included in that price estimate.
