Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

Rates for 2010. Saturday to Saturday.

Jan 01 thru Feb 27 - $ 495.00 per week $89.00 per night - (** Winter Special Monthly rate of $895.00**)

Feb 27 thru Apr 03- $ 725.00 per week $129.00 per night ( Early Spring )

Apr 03 thru Apr 10- $ 925.00 per week $169.00 per night ( Easter )

Apr 10 thru May 29- $ 725.00 per week $129.00 per night ( Late Spring )

May 29 thru Aug 21- $ 925.00 per week $169.00 per night ( Summer )

Aug 21 thru Oct 30 - $ 725.00 per week $129.00 per night ( Fall )

The rates above include all charges except South Carolina sales and occupany taxes which are currently 8%.

If a rental extends over a rate change date, your total cost will be calculated at 1/7 of the applicable weekly rate per day.

We typically only accept rentals for one week or longer. Exceptions may be made out of season or one week prior to rental if our villa is unbooked, but a minimum of a three night stay is required at the nightly rates. One or two day rentals will incur a $65.00 cleaning fee. Out of season, we can offer discounts for rentals of 2 weeks or more. Please check with us if you are interested.

If you wish to reserve a week, please e-mail or call us with the following information: We will need your name, full address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number, expiration date, and card security code, and an affirmation that you are over 25 years of age.

All bookings are provisional until we have placed the reservation with our management company. We will then provide you with a confirmation number. A credit card is required for reservation and the full amount will be charged if your reservation is placed less than 30 days prior to the first date of your stay.

If you need a second condo close by, please contact us. Our close neighbours only a few steps away have a nice unit that we can set you up with subject to its availability.

Availability

Although it is always best to check with us for current availability, we do maintain a calendar that we update periodically with our bookings. If you see that a week is booked, then there is a good chance it is not available. If a week is not marked, please check with us to confirm availability. Terms

We retain a management company to handle our rentals. This is important to you because it means that you have someone on hand to take care of any needs or questions you might have while you are there.

The tax rates quoted above are state sales & accommodation taxes.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required by credit card and will be charged within 14 days from the date of booking.

Your balance is due 30days prior to arrival.

When making a reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, arrangements must be made to pay the entire balance in order to receive your keys.

A credit card is required to make a reservation. No exceptions! We take Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

For a refund, a cancellation must be submitted in writing and received 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation within the 60 day period will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation within 30 days will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid.

Neither we nor our management company are responsible for events beyond our control, i.e. inclement weather, traffic delays, etc.

There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows. .

Check-in is 4:00 PM or later.

Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier. Sorry, no exceptions.

All villas are cleaned and inspected upon your departure and the fee for this is included in the quoted rental charges.

There is no daily cleaning service.

Bedding and bath towels are provided for up to four guests. Kitchen utensils and a STARTER supply of soap and paper products is made available. You will need to bring or purchase additional supplies.

Beach towels are not provided.

A telephone is provided. Local calls are free of charge. Long distance calls must be placed by calling collect or by using a calling card.

High speed internet access is also provided in our villa free of charge. Bring your own portable computer and plug it in.

Bicycle rental is available on site.

Tennis Courts are available for 2 hours at no charge to our guests except after dark when lighting charges apply.

Maintenance problems will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment.

Neither we nor our management company is responsible for resort amenities such as schedules, pool closures, etc.

A maximum of four guests are allowed. This policy is strictly enforced.

Our villa is not available for rent to vacationing students or guests under the age of 25.

No Pets allowed
