We are Patricia and Ian Budd and we own a lovely one bedroom villa located directly on the Oceanfront in Hilton Head Island. Our villa can sleep up to 4 people.

From our balcony, not only can you enjoy incredible sunrises like this, but you also have a great shaded location to sit and enjoy the view at the end of the day. Listen to the sound of the waves on the beach, and enjoy impressive nightime vistas especially when the moon is shining over the ocean.
Inside our villa, you will find that it is very nicely decorated and we are sure you will appreciate how bright and airy it is. Over the past few years we have renovated it from top to bottom using a festive Tropical/Caribbean style decor. New items of furniture, carpet, heating and air conditioning, and complimentary high speed internet access are the most recent additions.
For such a premiere location, our Villa offers you one of the best values on the island.
